Phelps Scarecrow Fest 2025
The Phelps Woman’s Club is sponsoring the 14th Annual Scarecrow Fest.

The event is Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 10 am - 4 pm and is held downtown Phelps, Wisconsin.   
 

The cost is $25 per entry per up to 12’ x 12’ space. 

Advertising will be on Phelpsscarecrowfest.org web site, TV and Radio, Magazines,  Facebook, several Web pages for Fall Festivals, and with the Wisconsin Department of Tourism.  Event attendance in 2023 exceeded 4000+.
