Phelps Scarecrow Fest 2018


The Phelps Woman’s Club is sponsoring the 9th Annual Scarecrow Fest.

The event is Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 11 am - 5 pm and is held downtown Phelps, Wisconsin.   

You are invited to participate as a vendor. 

The cost is $25 per entry per up to 12’ x 12’ space. 

Advertising will be on Phelpsscarecrowfest.org web site, TV and Radio, Magazines,  Facebook, several Web pages for Fall Festivals, and with the Wisconsin Department of Tourism.  Event attendance in 2017 was 5000+.
