The Phelps Scarecrow Fest 2nd Annual Spooktacular event featuring vintage and classic cars, motorcycles, tractors and antique boats on Saturday, September 14th.  There is no entry fee, no pre-registration required, and the first 100 registered participants will receive a commemorative dash plaque.  All registrations occur on the day of the show beginning at 8 AM with registration closing at 11 AM.  Voting is from 11 AM to 2 PM and trophies are presented at 3 PM.  Trophy awards include People’s Choice-Best of Show and Best Spooktacular entry.  The show will be held at Wavering Park and is sponsored by the Phelps Woman’s Club, a 501 (3(c)) organization.  Contact Dick Ryan  715-545-3542 or 715-891-5296 with any questions.
